The plants in this pattern are laid out like they have been pressed and mounted for a scientific botanical study, allowing you to appreciate the form of their leaves and flowers. The negative space gives this piece both a calm and reflective quality and plenty of color, life, and natural interest.

Additional information
Printing: Fabric and wallpaper are printed to order in the USA using a highly sustainable digital pigment printer. This allows for an infinite range of colors to capture the texture and color gradients of the hand-painted designs. The pigment printer uses the newest fabric and wallpaper printing technologies to bind pigments directly to the ground fibers using heat, without the need to pretreat the fabric and without creating any water waste. This produces a softer and more durable product than was possible with digital printing in recent past. Products are printed as ordered, meaning there is no wasted stock.
Ground: The fabric ground is a 100% natural fiber blend of linen and cotton. It has a slight natural texture and provides excellent durability, softness, and lightfastness.
Scale and repeat: Most fabrics comes in both a small scale and a large scale print. See the product description above for the repeat sizes of this particular pattern. The large scale repeat is the same size as the matching wallpaper design, allowing for seamless treatments between wall and fabric portions of your room design. It is also appropriate for drapery and large-scale upholstery projects. The small scale repeat works best on decorative pillows and small-scale upholstery projects. These are not hard and fast rules; you may use whichever scale fulfills your creative vision.
